Camping Rental Rates
Effective: September 2, 2008 — September 7, 2009
Winter Rates
Rates are for a 24-hour period PLUS Utilities.
- $9.60/person per 24-hour period
- Minimum Rate: $245.00 (aprox. 25 people) per 24-hour period.
- Mid week (Mon-Fri) 1/2 price
- Other Options:
- Cabins: Less than 20 people — $37.00/cabin per 24-hour period
- Baker Cottage: $53.00 per 24-hour period
- Dining Hall: Less than 20 people, $84.00 per 24-hour period
- Chapel: Day Use, $116.00 per day
Cancelations
Cancelations must be made 4 weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the date of reservation or the minimum rate of $245.00 is required. Deposit will be forfeited unless the reserved date is rented to another group. If we rent the dates of your canceled reservation, only a $30.00 service fee will be charged and all other money will be refunded.
Summer Rates
Rates are for a calendar day PLUS Utilities.
- Minimum Rate: 5 calendar days or less
- $460.00 per calendar day for first 55 people
- Additional people: $8.05/person per day
- Deposit: $165.00 per day
- Minimum Rate: 6 calendar days
- $1,995.00 for first 55 people
- Additional people: $5.85/person per day
- Deposit: $825.00 per week
Cancelations
If cancellation is made 6 months in advance, you will forfeit our deposit reservation fee. If less than 6 months cancellation is made, you will be responsible for the minimum rate ($460 per day or $1,995 per 6 calendar days). If we rent the dates of your canceled reservation, only a $30.00 service fee will be charged and all other money will be refunded.

Each May the rates are reviewed. Adjustments may be made as the Board deems necessary to meet increasing and maintenance and operating expenses.
